Curbside Pickup

If you need supplies for your bird, we can help! This includes food, perches, cleaning supplies, toys, huts, treats, and anything else you regularly purchase from us. Though we are trying to limit contact with the public, we will happily take your order, get it ready, and deliver it to your car. Here is how the process works:


1. Place your order: You can do this by either filling out the form below, or calling the store at 925-681-2473. If no one answers, leave a message, but make sure to include your Name and Phone number! We need to call you back.

2. Receive a call: Once we have your order information, we will gather all the supplies we can. We will then call you to confirm your order, and ask any questions we may have.  Once your order is finalized, we will take payment by credit card over the phone and attach your receipt to your purchase. We will also set up a pick-up time on a specific day during a time slot. 

3. Pick Up Your Products: During the scheduled time slot come to the store (1820 Arnold Industrial Way, Concord) and pull in front of the store drive-thru style. We will come out, verify your name, and then deliver your purchase to you! 


At this time our only available pickup days are Saturday and Wednesday.

Grooming

Grooming appointments are made the same way as a Curbside Pickup order! However, there are some small differences.

 

1. Place your order: You can do this by either filling out the form below, or calling the store at 925-681-2473. If no one answers, leave a message, but make sure to include your Name and Phone number! We need to call you back.

2. Receive a call: Once we are available we will call you back to set up your appointment. You will get to choose your preferred appointment time (based on availability), and pay for the grooming service by credit card over the phone. We will keep track of your receipt and requested service for when you arrive. 

3. Drop off your bird: Arrive at (or slightly before) your scheduled appointment time. Pull in front of the store drive-thru style where an employee will verify your information and your bird. After that, feel free to park while the grooming takes place.

4.Pick up your bird: Once the grooming is over, an employee will deliver the bird to your car. Your service is paid for, and if there are any notes or things the groomer wants you to know we will pass along the information at that time. 


All birds must be in carriers. Staff will not handle or transport a loose bird. 

If you are late for your appointment, it is possible the groomer will not be able to fit your bird in, so be on time.

If you wish to reschedule, we require at least an hour notice. If you don't show up for your appointment there is no refund.


At this current time our only available  days are Saturday and Wednesday.

Adoption

Adoption Appointments

Bird Rooms are closed to the public, however we are making adoptions available by appointment. In order to book an appointment give us a call, or fill out the form below with information about yourself, the bird you are interested in, and your general availability. We will call you back to set up an appropriate time and date.


  

· All appointments will be pre-scheduled for a half-hour duration.

· Visits will be overseen by a staff member or properly trained volunteer.

· All customers must properly wear face masks throughout the visit.

· All customers must wash their hands before visitation with the bird. 

· Only one visitation will take place at a time, with no more than 3 family members in the visitation room at a time. 

· Birds will be brought to the visitation room by a staff member or trained volunteer. No customers are permitted in the bird rooms. 

· People may visit with multiple birds at a time if the birds are all from the same flock (i.e. deciding which baby out of a clutch they want; visiting a pair of bonded birds, etc.)

· Normal adoption policy applies regarding payments, pickup, and required number of visits.
